1. What services do you offer?
IPHONEMOBILE is a provider of low cost communication services. Leveraging Voice over IP technology, our phone products allow consumers and business users to be in touch with their friends, family, or business worldwide for a very low cost and free for iphonemobile to iphonemobile in network calling.

2. How are your phones different from a conventional phone?
Our phones work very similar to a conventional phone.  The difference is that our phones use either a USB or Ethernet port to connect to the Internet to send and receive calls.

3. Can I use Iphonemobile to call regular and cellular phones?
Yes. Our phones can be used to call regular and cellular phones - vice versa.

4. What's the charge for using your service?
The rates vary based on the type of calls to a regular or mobile phone. (view our RATES page) 

Calls within the iphonemobile network from an iphone to another iphone from anywhere in the world is always free

Our service from outside or inside the US using an Iphone to a regular or mobile phone inside the US cost only 2.9 cents per minute. (only 10% cost than leading international phone cards,

Example: 1 hour of US or Canada calls using an Iphonemobile phone anywhere in the world is only $1.74 (60 minutes x $2.9 cents = $1.74)

With our new feature you can also call any of any iphonemobile user anywhere in the world via a local DID number free of charge from a regular landline phone in the USA or Hong Kong (local charges apply for your phone or cellphone).  Currently it is already available in most metropolitan cities in the US like California, New York, Chicago, Texas and also in Hong Kong. 5. How will I be billed?
You will not be billed.  All usage time is prepaid online or via an authorized agent via pin codes. To charge your account, simply register and log-in to your account from our customer log-in site and enter the credit card information or recharge PIN, call your authorized agent how to avail of prepaid pins if you don't have a credit card.  (All creditcard transactions online are secure via encrypted SSL security)

6. Do I need broadband DSL or Cable connection to use USB-Phone?
No, broadband connection is not a requirement. Our USB based products work fine with local dial-up connections with speeds of 33.3K to 56K. However, performance and quality do improve with higher bandwidth connections. 

7. Do I need software to use your phones?
For the USB-Phones Yes. You must install our software and be logged in your computer in order to use our service.  However, we have Ethernet phones that have its software built inside the device and programmed when they leaves the factory, so its just plug and play directly to your router, cable modem or DSL modem without the need for a computer. (a softeware is included with our USB phones and you can downlaod the most current software from our website)

8. Do you pay for air time like cell phones to receive calls?
No, only a non-iphonemobile caller who is not using an Iphone or a local DID access number who initiate the call pays. You don’t pay for received calls with the Iphonemobile.

9. For broadband or DSL connections, can the phone be plugged to a router directly without the need for a computer?
Yes. Our Ethernet based devices, can be plugged to a router to make and receive calls since they come programmed already when when sold and are plug and play.  (note that you must have a RG45 lan cable connection, USB DSL and Cable modems require a hub) 

10. What is the minimum hardware and software configuration for the USB based iphone?
Pentium II or better, 64M RAM, 10M disk space, USB 1.1 or better. Windows 98, 2000, ME or XP and an internet connection.

11. Do we get discounts on bulk purchases and dealer discounts?
Yes, this would depend on the quantity of units purchased. Contact the authorized dealer or email us directly for dealer prices for more information.

12. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide, shipping rates differ depending on your location and the quantity of orders placed.  Contact you authorized dealer or email us directly.
